Mailwatcher Archive is an innovative product, allowing for the management of email archiving under SGBD/R.
Mailwatcher has further improved its existing email archiving suite and now offers an archiving solution under SGBD/R Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SYBASE ASE & Anywhere, Informix, PostgreSQL and MySQL in addition to its pre-emptive archiving and centralized archiving on messaging servers.

For reasons linked to performance, as well as the independence of the databases engine and web services integration capabilities, this module is mainly based on Java/J2EE technologies.
Tomcat Server :

Java client secured and user friendly to :
- Consult archives in standard format (MIME / HTLM)
- Forward emails archived to one or several recipient(s) - ( can use NAB addresses )
- Extended Search on archived emails - Can generate a dynamic folder with search results
- Retain the folder structure from the Lotus notes messaging client
Archive options (tombstone) : dynamic links can be appended to the lotus notes archived document, offering native and fast access from any Lotus notes client :
- No modification to the Email Template
- Keep or remove Body fields
- Create link for each attachments
- Create link to the full archived email - display comes with extra action buttons
- Views remain unchanged ( even when attachments have been removed )
Export Search Module : offer a 100% fidelity to restore to Lotus notes format
- Select or use Search to create a list of email to be exported
- Use a client solution to export selected emails into newly or existing NSF file
- Can export into existing or newly created folders
Local Cache client : maintain locally an offline access.
- Configure the cache strategy ( doc age, max size, retention period )
- Email are automatically downloaded ( auto start with Lotus Notes client )
